By using this website you agree that you understand the nature of our products and will only purchase them for purposes that are legal.
When you purchase products you can request that we send you an accompanying technical data sheet for the relevant products and this may be paper-based or online if available.  The data sheets are provided by the individual manufacturers and they are responsible for the information contained within the data sheets.

All goods must be paid for in full before items are dispatched and orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

2K Products

You may only purchase 2K products if you intend to use them for industrial or agricultural uses and not for automotive purposes as this is now illegal.

When making a purchase of a non-compliant product there will be a field that states you agree and understand these terms and conditions so it is to your advantage to make sure you comply with the regulations.

National Bodyshop Supplies can not be held liable for any incidents, legal proceedings or other repercussions if you use any of our 2K products for automotive purposes or any purposes which may be illegal in the territory in which you use them. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to indemnify National Bodyshop Supplies by stating that you understand our position on this issue. We trust our customers to be honest and fair and as such we are able to sell you 2K products in good faith but you must be aware that using them in an automotive context is illegal.

Data & Privacy

In accordance with our privacy policy, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that we may send you emails from time to time to alert you to special offers and other National Bodyshop Supplies news. We will never sell your details to anyone else as we hate spam as much as you do. We will only ever send you emails that we believe are relevant and interesting to you. Out of stock items

Although our aim is 100% order fill there may be occasions when we are waiting for stock to arrive or there is just simply a back order situation from our suppliers. If you wish any zero stock items to be cancelled please add a note to your order at the checkout and we will refund this item/s, otherwise, any zero-stock items will be sent just as soon as we receive them. (Usually within 24-48 hours)

Delivery Times & Costs

Please see the delivery Information tab on the navigation bar. We are not responsible for any late deliveries due to issues with DHL  and can not refund the carriage if a parcel is delayed due to DHL. We will happily call DHL to try to locate the parcel for you and sort out the issues, but after it’s left our building we are not responsible for any delivery delays.

Card Processing

All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under UK Law.
