Delivery

Due to the nature of some of our products, we must use a specialist courier for transportation, our chosen delivery partner is DHL Parcel UK. We cannot use Royal Mail for our products.

DHL Parcel Uk offers a nationwide, next working day delivery service for most of the U.K. Mainland and a 2 working day service on hard-to-reach areas, i.e. Highland Scotland & Off-Shore Islands. We now also have the benefit of sending orders later in the day for next working day delivery due to staggered collection times from the couriers. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 14:00pm on the same business day, as long as we have the items in stock. DHL will automatically leave your parcel with a neighbor if you aren’t in, please let us know in the order notes if you wouldn’t like them to.

Our deliveries will only be delivered Monday to Friday.

Shipping Prices

Sometimes if you’re in ‘hard to reach areas’ there is an extra delivery charge. This is charged by DHL this is out of our control. Please contact us for shipping information for Highlands and Islands or if you live in a remote area that may be affected.

Your delivery charge will show up at the checkout and It will automatically show as a flat rate of £8.00, this excludes Highlands,Islands and some remote areas whereby we will notify you of any surcharges applied by the courier. Orders will not be shipped under payment is made.

Please note, once your order is completed, we may not be able to refund your order due to the bespoke nature of colours mixed to order.

Next working day delivery is charged at £8.00 inc VAT on all U.K. Mainland orders.

Stock Levels

Our website shows stock levels but can sometimes be wrong. These are updated every 24 hours, so sometimes it will show stock we have already sold in that time period. We will always send an email to make sure you’re happy to wait or offer a refund.

Sometimes we have issues with our suppliers that are overseas, and our original product arrival date can change, please understand sometimes this is out of our control but we will always try our best to give you the most accurate date we can.

If we happen to be out of stock of an item that you want to order and you require your items urgently, please call us so we can check physical stock levels for you.

Restrictions

We are unable to ship any of our products outside of the United Kingdom. We are unable to send any liquid or aerosol goods to any of the Off-Shore Islands within the United Kingdom due to Dangerous Goods regulations. We are unable to send any of our products to The Channel Islands due to zero vat transactions.

We can only ship to the address stated at the time of ordering and this cannot be changed after payment is made.
