Urki Star Sat 1k Direct To Metal (DTM) is a satin finish single coat with direct adhesion on Steel, Aluminium, Galvanized and Zinc-coated Steel, rigid PVC, etc. For the protection and decoration of gates, outdoor closures, garages doors, metal and PVC carpentry etc. This product must thinned for spraying at ratio of 2:1 with Urkisol 500.

SURFACE PREPARATION.

Steel: Deoxidized and degreased. If exposed to extreme weather conditions, first prime with F-809 Zinc Phosphate Synthetic Primer.

Galvanized: Thoroughly degrease. If the surface is old, remove any rust first with a brush.

Aluminium: Degrease.

PVC: Degrease with Urkisol 500.

Mixing ratio is 2:1 with Urkisol 500
