METAL FLAKE – BACK TO THE FUSCHIA

Perfect Pearls and Pigments Metal Flake Glitter is a range of premium brilliant particles for the coatings, paint and printing industry. Our Metal Flake product range is available in a variety of colours from real silver Ag to a deep black shade and offers high brilliance and a fabulous reflection. The versatility, quality and durability of our flake allows it to be used in a wide variety of applications but is specifically manufactured for automotive coatings.

Each colour is available in 2 particle sizes which are 0.1mm (004) and 0.2mm (008). These products are light fast, water and solvent resistant, non-toxic, heat stable up to 180 degrees Celsius.  The flakes can be mixed into solvent/water based basecoat binder or 2k clearcoat for wet spraying, a 1.8mm tip and upwards recommended. These are also suitable for dry flake gun applications.

Perfect Pearls And Pigments Metal Flake Glitter is cut from 12 and 25 micron brilliant metallized polyester foils.  These can also be used in some Cosmetic applications.
