Perfect Pearls and Pigments Candy Basecoat brings you the quintessential custom effect. Pictured here using fine metallic silver as a base, however as Candy colours are transparent they can be applied over any base colour/effect to create your own custom effect, for example over the top of marble/lace work for the wow factor or just simply using a gold base to warm up a candy colour.

Candy colours can also be mixed with each other to create your very own custom colour.

How to apply

Prepare the job in the same way you normally would – removing imperfections, priming, sanding etc
Stage 1 – Apply silver basecoat (or colour your choice) 2-3 coats, or effect coat.
Stage 2 – Apply candy colour  2-3 coats or to achieve final desired effect (max 5 coats)
Stage 3 – Apply high quality 2K clear coat/lacquer (as directed by manufacturer).

Please allow each single coat 20mins flash off time (drying to a dull finish) before applying next coat
