BESA Nato 2K DTM Acrylic Enamel is a glossy enamel that does not yellow. It has good physical chemical resistance, outdoor resistance and direct adhesion on many surfaces including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Galvanized, Glass, Plastics ABS, PUR, MA, GRP, PVC, Ceramics. This product needs to be mixed at ratio of 2:1 with Besa E224  harder, thinned with up to 15% 2k thinner and then leave paint to settle for 15 mins before painting. For the quantities 500ml and above E224 Hardener is required (not included), for 2k aerosol activator is included, the aerosol will need activating before use (see instructions on can).

SURFACE PREPARATION.

The surfaces must be free of rust, grease or dirt.
Galvanized:  Old galvanised surfaces wire brush and degrease. New surface clean and degrease.
On plastics clean and degrease. In case of PVC, degrease with universal thinner.
On Powder Coatings and Epoxy coal tar Coatings, previous sanding is recommended then degrease.

Mixing ratio is 2:1 with Besa E224.

Thinned up to 15% with 2k thinner.
